Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rapid Power SVCR MOD1/140VDC/S75MV/OL135MV/R1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Red-Lion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Red-Lion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hub-City product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Red-Lion such as the APLSP6B0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMR02162 manufactured by Red-Lion and we are pleased to be able to service most Red-Lion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 022059303 by Manufacturer Hub-City as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Red-Lion Brand IMH40000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as S9F equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ACT8000C made by Rdp-Group as well as the popular CSINI800 original spares produced by Red-Lion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CFC10000 by Red-Lion and S9F spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0490015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance-Electric.
